Both attorneys sign up with Saiber from the boutique company Freedman & Friedland LLC of Hasbrouck Heights, bringing decades of experience in business and employment law, particularly within the staffing industry.

Freedman, a seasoned business attorney, joins the company's Business Services group as a member. With a comprehensive background in work and corporate law and mergers & acquisitions, he brings deep knowledge of the legal and company issues impacting staffing business and other industries.

He formerly acted as general counsel and senior executive officer for among the biggest public business in the temporary work sector. His extensive experience consists of corporate acquisitions, securities compliance, labor relations, safeguarding employers in discrimination matters and class actions, limiting covenant lawsuits, danger management, and strategic consulting for senior executives.

Freedman is currently general counsel to the New Jersey Staffing Alliance and previously served in comparable functions with nationwide staffing associations.

Friedland will join the firm as counsel in the Litigation practice group.
